If it's just descriptions of average IQ then there is no moral component to it at all, it's just reality. What people usually mean by racism is mistreating other people based on race. That's not right, but it's not right to mistreat anyone for any reason. So there isn't any reason to add the concept of "racism" onto mistreatment.

Wrong isn't totally a social construct, it exists in the natural law. The problem is not distinguishing between dislike of a group of people, which is morally neutral, and mistreating them, which is morally wrong, but wrong strictly because of the mistreatment, rather than because of your view of the nature of their group, which may be objectively accurate.

2- I hate blacks and attempt to undermine and harm them.
