When people go into a gun store, there is no fucking around. People don't raise their voices. People don't act stupid. People don't talk politics.
People talk about what guns they like, of the selection available, or what they were hoping to find. People may haggle a little, perhaps go over their financial situation in their heads. They're there to make a $500-5000 purchase, and the result is that - other than some spoiled rich city kids - people are behaving in full-adult mode, as they're pondering a major purchase, that is limited to adults and where criminals are forbidden, and the guy behind the counter is required to decline the sale if they think you're suspicious.

I was in a gun store last week for about 2 hours for a safety course. There were a few boomers there. One of them had a cringe anti-libtard 2A shirt on, but they talked about normal shit. Sports, local issues and police activity. A county judge came in a conversed with a boomer about local issues. I just don’t see the “taking our guns away” crowd in the wild very often. Maybe my experience isn’t typical, but it was my experience.
