No matter who you are, you can improve your life. Take control. Move forward. Dreams keep us alive, fighting for them makes us feel alive.

How have you improved yourself this week/month/year? Lifting isn't life, a well-balanced human being is productive, has fun, pushes him/herself to succeed, is charismatic, and strives to live the best life they can. Share your successes, failures, methods, and everything in between.

Basic Recommendations:
>Use a calendar for things YOU WILL DO.
>Learn to focus. Think positive.
>Do routines for things you should do periodically/daily, this should cover daily things or weekly chores such as laundry, cleaning, shopping.
>Identify and eliminate conflicts within yourself.
>Focus on identifying the time wasters in your life and eliminate them.
>Focus on the essentials. If you try to do everything at once you’ll burnout. Little by little.

Remember that physical health and mental health go hand in hand. Eat and drink healthy... THINK healthy. You MUST have a healthy mind. What music are you listening to? Is it depressing or noisy unthinking nonsense? Begin to cut that out of your life the same way you would smoking. Same goes for what you are watching on the television etc too. All these things are effecting your brain. Which leads on nicely to addiction of pornography and masturbation. You must take control of these urges. The end goal of nofap should be a healthy sexual relationship with the opposite sex. The end goal of Self Improvement should be a large beautiful family, where your children are being raised correctly... far away from the madness of the cities.

TLDR: The best thing you can do for your people is improve yourself, meet a women and raise many children far away from the cities.

Go to the gym, or start a body weight routine. Don’t neglect cardio, go for a morning run. Take a cold shower. Get 7-9 hours of good quality sleep every night, avoid stimulants in the late afternoon. Become a morning person and get up early.

Social Nationalism is the base position of conservatism today, in that the majority of conservatives or conservative people seek to limit social services to only white native people, I am however a traditionalist who believes in absolute freedom for white people.
