I thought a lot of rice is actually bad for you? Idk how to asains stay so slim?

Stop eating carbs, sugar and caffeine and watch the pounds melt off with zero effort.

What is the Any Forums opinion on zwiebacks, is it suitable diet food?

I eat nothing but meat and cheese and im 300 fucking pounds you fucking liar

>caffeine
black coffee is actual beneficial for weight loss thing is people go to dunkins order a fucking latte with cream and sugar and 2 bostonian cream whatever the fuck are called
>carbs
i would take some carbs to have energy and glycogen like rice and salad also if you lift you need them like frank zane used to say the ideal is 240 protein / 120 carbs / 60 fat (all from the protein meats)
>sugar
yup straight up bad

>meat and cheese
no you don't, you eat scraps of trash meat that are glued together, and your "cheese" is basically plastic

Eat less of it. You still need to count calories.
Caffeine causes to create the hormone cortisol. Cortisol makes you store fat.

so everytime when i wake up and my cortisol spikes i become fatter? i shouldnt wake up anymore.

They stay slim because they are only allowed like 2oz of meat per day and have to eat rice with chopsticks.

No, because it's the diet of chinks. China has achieved nothing, just an insect race of slitty eyed automatons.

post body ketolard

The issue is corn syrup and the demonization of animal fats.

maybe but the true issue is that we live in a capitalist world where all the companies benefit of people being obese and buying 75 wings in kfc

How about not putting sugar in literally fucking everything and stop using seed oils?

cheese is very calorie dense. Eat less cheese if you aren't losing weight.

Why does caffeine contribute to weight gain? I get the other two.

No.
The main factor is people who cook their own food vs those eating 80% industrially processed food like lazy muricans.

this. eating natural animal products is great, but you still have to control your portions lol. also you should be eating more meat instead of cheese, and using more raw butter like kerrygold

rice in asia isn't the same variety and isn't milled the same way; it probably has less nutritional value than american-grown GMO rice. Also asian countries have the same obesity problems developing now that the population is more sedentary working deskjobs and consuming more refined sugar products.

The obesity issue is by design to increase consumption. First they stuff you with refined sugar and fried foods so your insulin level never goes down, then when you start becoming fat they sell you gym memberships and weight loss surgery, then when you become diabetic they prescribe you metformin and then insulin, when you start developing high blood pressure and heart issues from constantly ODing on insulin you get statins and other drugs until you finally croak. Then you pay for your coffin and the probate lawyer.

Oy vey...stop being so loud with how the plan works!

Makes you hungry later

caffeine by chemical fact can't make you gain weight lol, it's a stimulant with addictive properties.
surely if you mean "coffee", caffeinated milk, sugar and cream at 7am then yeah, those monstrosities should be illegal

>would eating more fix the obesity issue?
Americans...
The obesity issue will persist as long as you keep stuffing sugar into your mouth like the retarded giant toddlers you are.

>somebody share that stat about when people stopped smoking ciggies they became obese
stimulants suppress appetite, in the old days (still in the 1900s) they had some kinda legal meth people would use to avoid gaining weight, but even nowadays I'm sure you've seen a reference to models smoking to stay thin

Corporations are responsible for shitty food options (look at our stores vs Japan's) but it's also fundamentally a personal responsibility issue. Too many of our people are either too stupid or too uncaring to eat better. They are literal human cattle.
