What are the implications of

A cure for cancer. I won’t lie bros the eternal optimist inside me is catching feels thinking about my loved ones who have battled/could potentially get cancer. Even if it doesn’t cure them forever it seems like a better deal than chemo and radiation. Thoughts?

>12 patients
>dosed over 6 months
>remission
Wow. What a break through.

Woah now I love Pfizer, Moderna AND GlaxoSmithKline. Based science bros!

I literally don't believe them.

Well they’ve hit the 2 year mark without recurrences and that’s technically remission for rectal cancer. Again those doses are small and far between it beats the shit out of chemo and radiation if it works.

That’s fair enough. I want to believe them though if it works it would be an absolute game changer as far as cancer treatment goes.

Haven't a ton of cancers already been cured? Like if you catch skin cancer early or if you survive leukemia, you're good to go? Sure lots die from lung or pancreatic cancer but that's only because they don't realize they have it until they're about to die.

Skin cancer as fat as I know is the most survivable yeah. Leukemia it all depends on the type and stage. Really your prognosis most of the time is reliant on the stage it’s in. That’s my greater point here

If this can buy several years for someone with stage four or five cancer WITHOUT the horrific effects of radiation and chemo than it’s still technically a huge breakthrough.

probably need to be VAXXED for it to work..
counter acts the VAXX..

does this work on a non-vaxxed people or only vaxxed?

Well Idk they were vaxxed before Covid vaccines came out so possibly yes.

IT MEANS WE CAN SMOKE CIGARETTES AND EAT BACON AGAIN YOU STUPID FAGGOTS

Anons on here told me to eat capsaicin peppers and I will never get cancer. Is that true?

Green Hell supreme.

Maybe they just stopped fucking in the ass for some time.

I didn't click the link, I am glad a likely better treated was discovered. Just kind of jaded because it'll never be a silver bullet, every cancer is different and we're still far off from finding a cure for the most deadly ones.

>implying I ever stopped
>capsaicin
There’s definitely truth to it my nana always told me if I started to feel like I was coming down with something to eat a California reaper and take a shot of vodka and it usually always worked.

Buddy they already had the cure, its just more profitable to keep you sick till you die. Chemo is a cashcow, thats not drying up soon.

That’s kinda where I’m at. It sucks that there isn’t an actual cure and will likely never be but the prospect of just having an alternative to chemo and radiation that does it’s job without causing the radiation and chemo side effects is pretty sweet if true.

The what killed John McCain?

He wasnt useful anymore. Like ginsberg, who got it 8 times.

Then they don’t have a cure they have a treatment. If it keeps coming back it’s obviously not a cure

My uncle took a bunch of experimental treatments for his cancer but he still died, I wish he could’ve tried this one. I think the real reason he died though is because it was around May 2020 and they kept him separated from his family for months due to “covid procedures”, I think he would’ve made it if family could visit. Pisses me off so much, what a shit way to go and for no good reason
