1. there were no cheap counter to tanks as there are now. Also, antiair wasnt computer aided as it is now.
2. panzerwaffe were usually high af on meth. Making a logistical support not as important, meaning your forces could advance non stop for days.
3. There wasnt a huge multinational military organization fighting a proxy war with germany. Providing weapons of similar tech level as the ones the panzerwaffe had.
4. Wars were fought slower and the blietzkrieg was on a different level of attack level.
