Why is the public completely brainwashed into thinking seed oils like onions, canola, etc. are healthy but cooking fats like butter are unhealthy and should be avoided? Do people even know how damaging these seed oils are to the human body and most of them are rancid when being processed at the factory. Cooking oils like butter and tallow have been eaten by humans for centuries with no problem until the modern age where everyone is now told to eat seed oils and how "healthy" they are? How did this happen? I'm bringing this up because it seems like everything we are told not to eat we should eat and these damaging seed oils are put as an ingredient into EVERYTHING now.
Why are we told to not eat butter but instead use vegetable oils with meals?

Yes. Everything you've been told is a lie.
I love butter / olive oil as base.
Ghee for higher heat
You’re here. But you don’t know this answer and who was behind it?
Low quality bait m8
Use the oil for "oil pulling" in the morning. rinse mouth with it for a few minutes, spit out, rinse with warm salt water. Fats on tongue also activate gall bladder bile, so your more ready for some hearty fatty breakfast. Olive oil use as soap, like the greeks did, wash off with wash cloth and wring out, feels amazing, olive oil also has a very slight numbing effect on sore muscle areas.
butter is good, use it a lot for food prep. In fact I only have 1/2 stick left and will purchase more on Friday when I go to the grocery store :)
They needed to make money off of the waste product vegetable oils. The gas and coal industries didn't want to use the vegetable oils for Diesel fuel.
Fuming using lard, last longer, cheaper and more healthy then grain oil
I use butter and fry my chicken in lard.
Coconut oil is awesome for food and moisturizer. It also makes a good deodorant if you’re not too stinky
nope, the earth still isn't flat
Are there any nut oils that aren't bad?
I use macadamia oil sometimes, but mainly ghee
I only cook with Kerrygold butter now, haven't even used olive oil in a few years (it's the only other oil I'd bother using). Shit's way better cooked in butter.
Also, don't cite veganfag bullshit, it's always full of lies and nonsense.
Yes i use coconut/olive/tamanu/rosehip mixed as a skin balm.
maybe peanut oil? oils that don't have to be heat/solvent extracted.
Actual nut oils are generally good for you, but they need to be of actual quality, and they need to be stored and used properly. One of the best ones out there is brazil nut oil. It's especially good for skin and t-levels.
The thing is, it's not good to cook with. The only plant-based oil I know of that's good to cook with is coconut oil. By heating them up, they will burn and produce free radicals. If you use various healthy plant oils as a dressing or condiment, they're okay to eat, but only in moderation.
Still, the highest quality fats to cook with are whole animal fats like tallow, lard, and butter, and that's coming from a vegetarian. Do not eat the seed oils, and do not heat up olive oil.
lmao kerrygold uses basedbean feed for their cows but are legally allowed to call it grassfed
>decides to make my own italian salad dressing
>uses oive oil for the first time instead of canola oil like my mom
>puts it in fridge to enjoy later with my salad
>opens fridge later
>learns olive oil solidifies at 45-50 degrees
This video turns me off of butter
>They needed to make money off of the waste product vegetable oils
This, and it’s the same thing with industrial waste water almond “milk” they’ve successfully pawned off on idiots.
Hello inflammation.
Butter, olive oil and lard are great. If you must fry something, try peanut oil.
I started cooking everything in butter and my cholesterol went down 22 points and the doc asked me what I was doing.
Imagine trusting a leafs opinion. The company even admits they use feed for the cows only in the winter months other than that for the rest of the year they are completely grassfed.
I use 3 fats for cooking.
100% pure, high quality butter from grass fed cows. High quality extra virgin olive oil, and avocado oil for frying (neutral flavour and has a high smoke point). Everything else is poison.
If you have to fry something, use lard or tallow. Peanut oil is no good.
Use coconut oil and quit being a faggot.
>Wikipedia says melting point of olive oil is 21F
user, I...
the belif is that te fats are harder to break down than carbs which they are not. when digested they will return sugars and amino acids witha sprinkling of other tings like calcium which is part of the scaffolding of dna. fat cells have a cell membrane and nucleus . that means it has sugar , amino acids and calcium in sufficient quantities to keep the body going albeit not a lot of them. even sugar granulated sugar is a more efficient form. so fat would be less fattening than granulated sugar per volume
Muh class war
Race is the only factor that matters. KYS.
Gee, OP, I really fuckin' wonder. Too bad it's a mystery and we'll never figure it out.
marketing always makes my skin crawl
It's because they feed us poison. It's part of the plan. Eat in moderation. Eat healthy. Remember, the government and companies aren't on your side.
No joke, jews have been poisoning the food supply for over a hundred years to create "customers" for the "healthcare industry." make non jews sick and die, cause life long pain and misery, take all of their wealth in the process, doesn't get any better than this for jews. youtube.com
mcdonalds used to use a mix of sunflower and tallow for fries until a animal rights group....
uh you know bitched at them and got them to switch to pure sunflower or soya or whatever they use now
so FUCK VEGANS and fuck (((animal rights)))
“American butter” doesn’t even qualify as butter in most of the civilized world. You’re getting jewed.
They tell you when what they say is true and when you should do the opposite. It’s based off of word play and the jokes they use.
both tallow and suet come from ruminant animals like cows and sheep. suet is especially rich fat which comes from the area around the kidneys.
Depends what you're talking about, so, what are you talking about?
