Any Forums isn't one person. I served. I think most of my brothers are brainwashed into cuckservative patriotism. Tons of them haven't "gotten it" and probably won't until they return to civilian life. It's hard to break the conditioning while you're still in uniform. I couldn't.
The reality of post-service life hits most GWOT vets hard. The VA alone redpills shitloads of them on how corrupt and apathetic our system is. The revelations about how that extends to our retarded civilian populace only enhances that understanding.
I'd wager 3/5 vets become anti-establishment radicals within a year or two of discharge. Of those, maybe one will become a full blown white nationalist due to societal changes rendering society alien and hostile. The problem is the two who don't wake up. One of them is a shitskin welfare queen that will vote blue because they're a fucking drain on society. The other is a coin toss between being a completely retarded brovet douche or an apologist.
Further exacerbating the issue is that the ones who do become anti-establishment are the ones likely to wind up homeless or mentally scarred. They slip through the cracks because no one actually gives a shit about them.
Food for thought to the crowd that just posts hate like mouth breathing retards that wouldn't recognize nuance if it was shitting in their mouths.

I was drafted and served about 1.5 years doing menial tasks at a naval base. Never left the country, nor saw action, but technically that counts as veteran status. Germany hasn't lost a single navy sailor to an enemy since ww2, so it's relatively safe. Of course, there were people who drowned and naval aviators who crashed, but that's just accidents.

You can get a job in the military and set yourself up for a high salary when you get out, you get functionally a free 0 effort associates degree that real colleges are forced to accept and when you go there its free as well.
You can easily leave the military after 4 years with $50k in savings and a bachelors degree if your even moderately motivated
My started salary after the military with only a HS diploma was barely 6 figures and set me up for what I am today

You mean the demoralized, defeatist take? Nah. The moment you convinced yourself you have entirely lost your country, your future and your ability to be patriotic is either the moment you take action and enact change; or conversely, you wallow in misery, apathy and overall stagnation and either pretend things will magically get better or that you "don't really care" and "lmao aggzelerate" until things inevitably change for the worse, which will fuel your seethe cycle further. "Zogbot" is a lot more than an extension of the "die for Israel" meme that Any Forums loves to regurgitate for over a decade now -- it's an admission that in order to never have to feel like you're "losing" again, you inherently label compatriots as "traitors" and "slaves", so that whenever any sleight against them manifests you can (ironically) take the opposite side of any conflict and "win". Americans on Any Forums are the biggest perpetrators of this mentality, as most have entirely given up on even trying to be politically coherent or relevant, and would rather take joy in their own humiliation and pretend that they're exempt from the fallout.
Me? I love my country, and military service has made me a better person.
