If the entire establishment hated his guts they would've went tall the way with the impeachments so he wouldn't be able to run again, twice they never went through with it. And you're forgetting that it's his children and brand that will carry on his legacy that's who he would be looking out for in a final term. That's why Kushner was essentially given free reign to do whatever the fuck he wanted. He's isn't going to want or need to do anything for his voters in a final term, what he'll need more is to make sure his family are well off which would mean keeping the kikes and establishment happy.
