Stage 1
>Minorities move in
>Dollar General
>Cell Phone companies like Boost Mobile, Metro PCS, Cricket, pop up
>Smoke Shops start appearing (not cigar bars)
>Llanteras (tire shops) move in
>Used car lots (buy her pay her)
>Payday loans, check cashing, etc.
>start to see pan handlers by the free way or intersections
>“Luxury” apartments and multi family units being built over single family homes
>Light rail/trolly is expanding to your area
Stage 2
>homeless are starting to spread out
>Notice more people just wandering around and jay walking
>”We accept EBT” signs at stores
>petty crime increases
>you start to see more shopping carts around in random places
>bus stops always have people hanging out at them
>bike theft is more common
>trash is more apparent
Stage 3
>Homeless openly shoot up/use drugs in broad daylight
>homeless encampments are anywhere where there’s open spaces
>public parks are unusable and dangerous
>bus stops and light rail stations are hangouts for drug addicts
>Smell and see human shit on the ground
>Needle exchange programs are there or people are trying to promote them
>going to a gas station, you’re guaranteed to get harassed by hobos
>3am the city will spray the sidewalks and public transportation stops with bleach
>Cars are regularly broken into
>Corporate chain stores/gas stations move out because they don’t want anymore theft

Stage 4
>Homeless shelters are permanent structures, RVs, or cars
>graffiti starts in stage 3 but is now everywhere you go
>cops just don’t show up
>Probably changed with Uber eats and DOORDASH but pizza places won’t deliver to your neighborhood
>going out at night is dangerous
>basically lawless, but if you live in an area like this it’s probably dem controlled and YOU’LL get punished for defending yourself or your property
>the homeless look like the walking dead
>this is more of a stage 3, but windows are covered in tin foil
>homeless will defecate where ever
>blacks and spics will have clear cut territories (usually spics push them out)
>urban gardens (stage 3) have failed and are just another empty lot
>you’ve witnessed people fighting multiple times (also stage 3 but now it’s regularly happening)
>long time local stores close
>lots of abandoned commercial real estate

I'll explain these further. These apartments designate units for low income housing and section 8, for government kickbacks. These are also ways to bring minorities in a white area.

As much as I like the idea of public transportation, the reality is they just shuttle in homeless and seedy people. In my city anywhere, where the lightrail expanded, the homeless showed up.

I will be honest, I do prefer mexicans to blacks.
Mexicans do bring in crime, but they're not as impulsive. Blacks will randomly attack you, the crime is more, smash and grab. Interestingly enough, Blacks hate the mexicans because they'll push them out of an area. The Mexican gangs are far more organized, and mexicans don't like niggers.

We only have some hobos but they are disgusting.
Need to kill all black and latino hobos.
