-Bishops Conferences given OFFICIAL support and made less hierarchical. Bishops to rule together.
-Comission on Abuse put inside the DDF and given more power
-Constitution only available in Italian
It is also rumoured that Francis will resign, in an attempt to, together with Benedict, start a new tradition of popes resigning after certain years, effectively turning the pope from an absolute, lifelong monarch into an elected position with a mandate.
