The plan is to make Russian oil so expensive through import duties that it is simply not worth it for anyone to buy it. The article says the European Council of Ministers could decide on the tariff by qualified majority, so Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán would not be able to veto it.

If you'd own a gas station you would not praise Orbán, since you'd have to give gasoline for free basically (because of the price cap). It's complete manipulation of the free market. Anyone who wants to build a company in Hungary should fear that their business will be the next one who has to sell their stuff for a fixed price, while bankrupting itself. This is what retarded fidesz voters will always fail to recognize.
