Oops, Carbon-14 can't exist in organic material after 50,000 years due to it's 5,000 year half life. I guess the fact that dinosaur bones contain Carbon-14 must be a weird anomaly. But trust us, they are hundreds of millions of years old. Heh.
>Carbon dating measures how much Radiocarbon is left in organic material once it dies.
>Literally cannot date anything older than 50k years because it won't contain radiocarbon (Carbon-14)
>Carbon-14 has been found in bones alleged to be 100 million years old
>Uh, uh, umm hmmm i just don't know
Carbon dating was invented in the 1940's. It works, but it's incredibly limited and the only true way to date anything.
Whenever scientists say something is older than 50k years, they're fucking guessing based on how deep it was buried. Kinda useless hypothesis because a planet killing asteroid could have stirred up so much soil that the entire planet would've been covered in hundreds of feet of dirt.
Tl;rd Dinosaurs aren't that old and science is a liar sometimes
