The only things that gave it away as a bot was its unique flag, which showed how often it was posting, and its occasional blank posts. It's not just the Seychelles flag, though. He had something like 20-odd bots running according to that video, using random flags. As he said, if you tried to have a discussion in the last month there's a 99% chance you started arguing with a bot.

It's just replying based on a database of three years of Any Forums posts. As things move on it would become more obvious I think. It isn't being trained or updated. It's all based on that one 3 year database.
