Who gets to determine that young people can't have guns? If you are 18 you aren't allowed to own a firearm? That may be law in some states but not in Texas. The article also recognizes that the lawsuit has a slim chance of winning.
The clerk is also the one accused of propping the door open (which they later retracted) and the attorney is defense attorney and media whore who touts on his website that he was able to get a man off for intoxicated driving and killing a 10 year old child as well as able to fight child porn charges.
