His legacy is lockdowns and pollution charging zones up and down the country. His election victory was in part thanks to northern voters who turned away from Labour and their faggotry yet he completely devastated small businesses in the North with a targeted regional lockdown in between the two national lockdowns and is now pushing for a car tax in Manchester.
