i think you could pull this off. i have an idea. we would need little charters established in each state and can fundaise as a 501c3. we could even lobby to get it treated as a professional certification program and start getting some sweet federal education funding. buy up and rebuild the old boyscout camps. train people to become expert marksmen and integrate them socially and screen them mentally.

the purpose can be to solve non gang mass shootings. build a range out near each state capital with all the permits. bring people in, pair them up with buddy-mentors, buddy teams in firing pits, everyone gets a nice education and certificatoin as a responsible firearms shooter with all the local state legal rules etc. run bonus certification courses for SAR, first responder, reserve firecrew, etc. all above board. conservatives can solve this problem with education and professional certification, get LE on board as part of police academy, polits and msm will eat it up. boom civil militia.
