basically you mix water with gasoline. the ethanol is attracted to the water. everything separates and you siphon out the water and ethanol at the bottom, leaving pure gasoline. only useful for small engines, like lawnmowers, since the octane will be lower.

this is just a bullshit way of adding more water into the gas because the alcohol emulsifies the water into the oil. you'll get shittier gas mileage because there' less energy per gallon so you're paying even more per gallon then you think
