Based on their intentionally illegal and unethical behavior, their just months away from losing their freedom and having their lives turned upside down. Honestly, this is the type of blatant fraud and misrepresentation that could pierce the corporate veil and lead to civil suits, restitution, jail time, and they may honestly have to pay Elon by the end of it all. Normally, attorneys and counsel are shielded from these types of things, but there's no way legal wasn't informed about these types of internal tracking and user attribution issues.
This is bad, bad news for Twitter. Great news for everyone else.

Twitter is not legally covered. They have to supply any relevant information Musk asks for and they refuse to do it. How they came up with their laughable 5% estimate is obviously relevant, ESPECIALLY when Twitter claims in their SEC filing they used “significant judgement”. Such a statement that this twat says rescues Twitter is what demands further scrutiny.
