Your food is killing you

All you gotta do to have a perfect health is eating 1 meal a day:
spinach salad
brown rice cooked with olive oil and a mix of veggies
fatty fish

That's it.

you shouldn't eat brown rice everyday, seeing as it's a carb.

Carbs last you for mere hours. If you're going to eat carbs, you better eat them all day every day.

carbs aren't bad for you, unless you've a problem with insulin sensitivity

Which most Westerners do because they are lazy fucks who sit around all day doing nothing physical. Stop eating carbs unless youre working crazy hours doing labor and working out at least 5 times a week. Carbs make you into an ugly fatass.

>all day every day
that's how carbs become a problem. If you're used to spiking your sugars just once a day every day, your liver will generate the necesary glycogen when it's not availeable and you won't be hungry. Like getting used to sleep at certain hours, the body has clocks that adapt to certain insulin secretion patterns.

rice has no nutritional value

>muh keto memes
That's stupid. Just walk around like you're supposed to. You don't need to do crazy physical activity.

if you're trying to lose body fat you should try and do without, a sweet potato every once in awhile isn't bad....I just feel sometimes people over do it on the brown rice and get bloated...but obviously if you're trying to keep weight on carb up

No one said anything about spiking blood sugar.

I'm on maintenance. But even if you're losing weight, 1 meal a day with carbs isn't gonna stop weight loss. You can be comfy losing weight with 50 to 100g of carbs a day.

you should be doing at least 6 hours of HIIT weekly on top of your whatever, daily chores or work.

What about mercury and other toxins in fish? I read 2-3 servings per week should be the max. Why not alternate with poultry and lean meat?

If you have brown rice every day your risk of cadmium exposure is high, to say the least. Rice sponges up heavy metals in the soil and they are concentrated in the bran. Just be mindful.

>6 hours HIIT
are you fuckin insane? I eat once a day. 1500 cals

>are you insane
Yes.

80g of rice a day isn't gonna kill me

Sardines and other small fish at the bottom of the food chain are safest.
When it comes to toxins everything is a risk, just a matter of degree.

is this thread just like federal agents in training or what? come on you caa55jt
n do better

so then say 5, a little warmup and one of those 30-40 minute burns, hey like I said I'm trying to make a certain weight by august...everyone's different

In that small of quantity for the rest of your life, probably not.

99.9 percent of humans breathe oxygen
Oxygen is actually poison slowly killing he over time
Humans aren’t meant to inhale oxygen over long periods of time

the problem with brown rice is it inhibits you're ability to make use of iron and other things op is a faggot for saying eat iron rich spinach and brown rice

Plants are food for my food, mush eater.

no graints. just animal meats and organs and fruit for carbs. maybe some raw dairy in there too

>fatty fish
if you eat fish each day for 2 years you'll develop mercury poisoning, the amount of heavy organic metals in fish populations is crazy nowdays, might be a correlation to growing alzheimer cases in sea adjacent countries

The atmosphere contains 7x too much oxygen and only 1/250 of the co2 our optimal health would need

I'm still partial to my two-meal plan, even starving Africans allot themselves more than one meal per day

Get a load of this goy
>spinich
Oxolate poisoning/kidney stones
>brown rice
Starchy carbs that become glucose in the body, same as sugar. Sugar bad in excessive amounts
>Olive oil
Probably mixed with s-o-y (canola), only use extra virgin
And besides white rice has almost the same nutrional value as brown rice, but brown has more carbs

You eat 3 meals a day because carbs only last you for mere hours until you need more.

I don't even keep track of time. I just go to the beach and start running until I start struggling. Then I do 3 to 7, 30 second sprints, do a few pull ups, take an ice cold bath and go home.

I do this twice a week. The rest of the week I just walk around.

Avoid the bigger fish and you will consume safer levels.

2lbs 80/20 ground beef
64oz whole milk plain yogurt
16oz baby portabella mushrooms chopped
1 lg onion diced
1 bulb garlic(yes the whole fucking thing) minced
2 cups(uncooked) brown rice
4tbls Toney's seasoning
1tbl Tumeric
Coconut oil

>cook the rice according to package directions add a dollop of coconut oil and 1 tbl of toney's
>cook the onion and garlic in a dollop of coconut oil until the onions begin to go translucent
>add ground beef and cook until it's mostly browned and separated
>add mushrooms
>add rest of Toney's and tumeric
>cook until the beef is fully browned and the mushrooms are tender
>transfer to whatever giant dish it will live in and let cool while rice finishes(i usually let it steep for 30mins after most of the water is absorbed
>add in rice
>add in yogurt and mix well

will make roughly 6 3cup servings. Tastes better after a night in the fridge I think the spices need time to get assimilated into the yogurt. You could season it with anything I just fucking love toney's and tumeric. I eat this with about 20z of sharp cheddar as my one meal 5-6 days a week.

>Starchy carbs that become glucose in the body, same as sugar.
oh no! not primary cell fuel!

No I just told you that I eat 3 meals a day and I water fast sometimes, totally contradicting what you just said.

Spinach an acid in it called oxalic acid or something similar that will give you a kidney stone if you eat too much of it and don't drink enough water. Kale is very similar to spinach although less nutritionally dense however you can eat as much of it as you want to make up for that and there's zero risk or downside

This. Just stop breathing

you realize that you eat fat as well as fat, don't you retard? Do you have zero metabolic flexibility?

Where's the contradiction?

Not following.

goddammit...2oz not 20oz of cheese.

Go back to redd1t, anorexic jew

>fat as well as carbs*
Well you burn the easily accessible sugars for a while and then you start using fats again. What's there to understand?

Kale has oxalates too and it will fuck up your thyroid. The taste alone should tell you that you shouldn't eat it.

>6 hours of HIIT
post body to prove based
or forever be cringe.

Sure. Once you shift to fat metabolism (and while shifting to it) you will be triggering metabolic stress.

While I'm sure that's delicious. You're missing out on the best part of garlic by not consuming it relatively soon after chopping/crushing it. I'd add some while cooking for flavor and then crush or chop right before eating your meal to get the full benefits garlic has to offer.

NANI!?!

Bump.

No shit. Keto diet is constant stress. That's part of the reason you lose so much weight. Ketosis must be broken on a daily basis (except for a few prolonged fasts a year)

That if what you said is true, I wouldn't be able to water fast
>But user you don't know how fasting works!
Oh but I do know how fasting works, if your body is weak you can't fast, it just makes your body weaker.

Also, what I really want to say is that there is a demon in the human mind that has created all these diets like keto, and paleo diet, and vegan, and raw meat, and low carb. So until you understand that, you have nothing to say.
