Neither side is winning. Ukraine is 'losing' until Russia gives up and fucks off to either pre-Feb or pre-2014 lines. Russia is losing every day that they renege on their original intentions and objectives, or simply by the fact that Ukraine still exists as a sovereign state that can fight back.
