Do you mean why isn't it has good as capitalism? Because there is little incentive to be productive, and there is no price system, so it isn't efficient, nor is it innovative, because there is no free exchange of ideas, and everything is government controlled.

It requires humans to act like ants. It always fails since humans act counter to all of communism ideals. Which is why it's never communism that fails, but people which fail communism. The only logical solution to the problem is eugenics and massive amounts of genocides which is end stage of all socialist governments.

Ie the Bolsheviks created the USSR, but proceeded to be such petty tyrants that they basically got exterminated by their supporters, whom proceeded to start their own internal power struggle because the old and new cliques were pissed off at each others, the first for the latter disposing of their mean of safety, and the latter out of jealousy.
