Literal jewish landlord/ex-gf wants to kick me out
>literal jewish landlord/ex-gf
Lick her Jewess butthole to orgasm.
What's stopping you from buying a house in this Biden booming economy?
Just marry her and cuck the renters together.
Captcha: vshag
circumcise yourself and tell him you are his jewish brother
Drop out and be homeless.
RETVRN TO THE TRVILER
Take the TrailerPill user, it's all going the end soon enough anyway and trailer park people are based as fuck
I can't even afford a trailer, soon it's just me, the dog and a swag drifting around the countryside.
sarcastic question, but really feels like the top of the bubble. don't want to be stuck with the place. can't afford my current city unless i want to live in the ghetto part.
Do you have a lease contract? Stop paying rent. Tell her to get a court order / dispossessory order and have you evicted. That can take months or longer depending on your state. I am a landlord. I don't LEASE anything to tenants. All of mine are on month to month rental agreements only. I can throw them out on my own with 30 days notice.
>trailer vagrant
What's with this strange prejudice burgers have against trailers? To me it seems like the dream, move around with your house, no taxes, no rent, no annoying neighbors, cheaper than a house. Is there any disadvantage besides normies thinking you're a redneck?
squat for free until your kicked out.
read about the vandals who sacked rome and do that. you don't need to buy things when you can just take them.
You have to park the trailer somewhere. You either buy a plot of land (mortgage, taxes), or rent a plot in a trailer park (rent, neighbors). The rent is much less ($500/month), but it's not quite as carefree as all that, nor is it as easy to just move it around when you feel like, unless ofc you meant a caravan more than a trailer home, but unless you're a gigamanlet, that would be very uncomfortable living.
>Do you have a lease contract?
nope. verbal agreement only. she owns the place. havent paid rent in months because been a few months since her and I settled up the monthly expenses.
screwed up because she did not want me to buy a place before the boom from the last two years.
fyi interest rates are only going to go up, so even if the price drops while interest rates increase, you might still end up with the same monthly payment or even a more expensive one. lock in that low rate while it's still possible
I would do the trailer vagrant route while saving up
Buy trailer in shit community
Pay it off
Now start saving/shopping for a home
Time is on your side as you chill at redneck park
Sell/rent your trailer when you buy home
Repeat process and become landlord yourself
YOU FUCKED THE GENETIC JEW PUSSY GENETIC BLACK HOLE OF SATAN, YOU ARE DOOMED NIGGER.......... JUST DIE........
thanks, but a lower prices seems ideal since there's less debt, right?
>wanting less debt during massive inflation
not unless you're planning to pay your mortgage off early, but if you have a low interest rate you want to drag that payment out as long as possible.
it's less debt but they charge you more for it
debt is jew slavery. ideal to have zero debt.
It's very ideal to have debt when your currency is circling the toilet.
this tbqh. OP deserves to have his testicles removed by the Jewish succubus
debt is a tool you leverage to make more money over your lifetime. being averse to debt will put you at a disadvantage. interest rates are still very low
