Explain to her that you are the "lawful occupant" of this property (do not provide your name). tell her she is trespassing. tell her to provide you immediatly with her full legal name and residential address (in canada it is a separate and second offence for a trespasser not to identify themselves ... "failure to identify"). then tell her to leave your property, and not return. you should record the interaction, and if at all possible, do it through an intercom system.
if you choose to provide the trespasser with a "notice of trespass" choose one which does not provide them with your name, but does identify the property onto which they have trespassed. if you are a homeowner, you should have some preprinted blanks, in a file folder, ready to be filled out and handed to trespassers.
