It's no surprise that Elon is buttmad on labor organizations, especially those in Germany that basically said "lol, try" after his back to office manifesto.

It's not only Tesla though, but it's most visible for it since it still operates/ wants to operate like startup and work its workers like mules 12h per day err day.

But labor union organizations are a point of butthurt for every automotive oem and big supplier. GM had fights last year with unions in USA, VW domestically if it came to firing of people (VW has 5% more people than Toyota and was smaller till recently than it, that's a lot money wise and also considering thst VW group had like 700k employees).

Also about labor - my employer specifically made everything in his might so there won't be any labor union, but "employee representatives" controlled fully by board. I work for Tier 1.
