How were the Germans able to so effortlessly subjugate the French during WWII?
How were the Germans able to so effortlessly subjugate the French during WWII?
French bitches love German cock
It's called being betrayed by your own leaders and also losing 2 million men and having another 4 million left permanently disabled by the first war just a couple decades prior.
Believe it or not, men aren't willing to lay down and die in the millions if they can help it because their politicians said so.
They surrendered then tapped back in like the WWE that modern war is I guess.
Tigers?
Pure force and demoralization of the French populace
Bullshit. The intelligent French in the north hated commies like the Germans so they allied themselves with them, the dirty mutts in the Vichy south enjoyed communism like you
>Frenchie Jews are bad
>Yeah they're not great but come on
>Frenchie...... Jews are bad
>Well I have to admit that in the past..
>Frenchie!
>What
>Jews Are Bad
>Well if you put it this way, you might be right
many french people were no longer interested in seeing the direction the country was taking. only the north of the country was too influenced by the anglos.
If Trump is re-elected and said it's time for six million Americans to lay down their life and die for Israel in yet another pointless war, and you were drafted, would you do it?
This is the lesson of WW2 for the French.
>Half the frontline was held by our "best Ally" the anglos
>They all fled on first enemy contact toward Dunkirk
>French army basically had to give up all positions trying to cover their asses
The frontline was fucking irrecoverable after that, with Germans having advanced deep in every spot abandonned by the Anglos, and our entire army having to move north trying to patch the holes, leaving Ardennes completely open (we had troops stationed there waiting for the Panzer, they had to move north in emergency trying to prevent a rush to Paris).
Then Petain offered peace to Hilter, with the intent to fully join the Axis and make the Anglos pay.
"Thankfully" for judenkind, Hilter had a boner for Anglos, a hateboner for French, and Franco had forbidden any alliance with France.
So instead of accepting the full industry & military of France on his side, he pulled that bullshit partition & STO, which turned France's hatred away from the Anglos and back to the Germans.
1. Brainrot in military leadership
2. French and Anglos were disarming their militaries up until 1939, we had some quality equipment but we just didn't build enough of it to make an impact
3. Lefties and Righties both hated the direction the country was going and so there was no unifying patriotism that we had during WW1. Most people didn't want to have their sons, husbands, fathers, etc die in a pointless war for Anglo Merchant interests.
4. lack of discipline in enlisted soldiers, this ties into point 3
This.
>French and Anglos were disarming their militaries up until 1939
This is completely false.
They preserved the way of life.
And this as well for the actual occupation. The Germans behaved well in France and kept its standard of life intact until the final desperate years of the war, which is when emergency measures like the mass importation of French laborers into Germany and food rationing damaged public opinion.
Lame analogy, most Europeans allied themselves with Germany because they knew what the war was about....Europe vs. communism....but since many Europeans were mutts they enjoyed communism and hated Germany
It wasn't effortless.
Germany suffered over 150,000 casulties.
It was a battle, and the French lost. Their leadership was admittedly pretty terrible tho, and their overall military strength was weaker. Their air force sucked too.
>burger ed-
Wait, no.
>post-70s, zog-approved, "we were loser for being white"-tier education
Sad, that you actively believe this bullshit.
>subjugate
Not really. The Third Reich was the EU 1.0, they do this shit willingly and for free.
Because most didn't want to fight another war and France was starting to have trouble with communist parties and were happy when the Germans started banning those parties.
The French and Germans negotiated an armistice in quite favorable terms. That's how civilized countries act, dumb dumb.
France still had a huge navy, potentially millions of reservists and a huge colonial empire from which they could draw men and resources.
The War was hopeless for France but they still could have been a pain the ass for Germany to deal with.
>It wasn't effortless.
It was about as effortless as such an invasion can ever get.
