Iodine nationalism

If there is chlorine or fluoride coming out of your faucet, you don't live in a free country.
If there is mercury-contaminated vegetable oil in your prepackaged food, you don't live in a free country.

I quit drinking city water a year ago and my health has measurably improved. My teeth and gums are far healthier than they were. I brush and floss the same, I just cut out city water. I also take a little iodine from seaweed every day, along with a multivitamin, lion's mane, d3, quercetin, and a probiotic.

>prepackaged
is that just a faggy way of saying packaged?

Is potassium iodid better than simply iodine?

Yes lol
idk what the difference between "prepackaged" and "packaged" was even supposed to be
i guess he wants you to know that fresh foods dont just suddenly spawn mercury when you wrap them up

They're more or less the same. Potassium iodide goes through one less conversion process in the body according to libgen.is/book/index.php?md5=68E2146AA2B18F6B915F4E2FADBAAF08

Sometimes you gotta speak the language of the fags to be understood, we live in faggy times.
I mean anything with an ingredients list.

Just search mercury + health issue

You're going to continue seeing articles about early puberty (ie: 3-8 year old girls having periods) every few days.
They're shit testing us.

Mercury is a very curious substance

If you have a Rothschild connected reserve bank and your currency is not backed by gold, you don't live in a free country.

What about all the potassium?
I hear some anons take large doses for the iodine, but all that potassium could be very bad, right?

Explain this to an economic normie

Potassium iodide contains 76.45% iodine & 23.55% potassium. Potassium in the 10-50mg range is nothing. An avocado has almost a gram of potassium.
There's nothing wrong with potassium as long as you're not deficient in sodium and magnesium.

Pre-packaged food = store buys it packaged from mass producers.
Basically everything unless your grocery store has their own butchery or something.

Bump

news flash, there isn't a free country in the world

restorativemedicine.org/digest/interview-thyroid-expert-david-brownstein-md/

80% of Americans have it.

> Mercury poisoning in the modern world is the most forbidden to discuss. Very little people below the highest elite know about its importance; All of the Forbes 200 billionaires know how to trade stocks, but not many of them know the true importance of mercury for societal control. The rest just thinks "That's not a problem anymore" or "That's just a conspiracy theory." Anyone who does know, also knows the importance of ensuring nobody else knows.

The man affected is easily upset and embarrassed, loses all joy in life and lives in constant fear of being dismissed from his job. He has a sense of timidity and may lose self control before visitors. Thus, if one stops to watch such a man in a factory, he will sometimes throw down his tools and turn in anger on the intruder, saying he cannot work if watched. Occasionally a man is obliged to give up work because he can no longer take orders without losing his temper or, if he is a foreman, because he has no patience with men under him. Drowsiness, depression, loss of memory and insomnia may occur, but hallucinations, delusions and mania are rare.

>Some businessowner must've realized that mad hatter disease makes the perfect slave, and that's how it (mercury) ended up in the vaccines. Iodine and its companion supplements will prevent mercury from being stored in the body. Iodine is very rare and the iodine in iodized salt is not absorbable due to competition with chloride, most peoples' biggest source of iodine is what they were born with, transferred from their mothers and grandmothers. Every cell in the body uses it. If everyone takes iodine, the medical/psychiatric establishment dies.

Why doesn't Kekistan have it's own digital currency yet?

Is this the reason for the reservoirs under some pyramids, probably. More likely than space craft fuel desu
