It's a church, not just a community or ethnicity, so you would have to convert and actively take part in events etc. Also not all communities take people in, but if you find one you can try to take part in their way of life and see if they accept you. It's apparently pretty hard, though, and many converts end up leaving. You should be ready to see aspects of their way of life you don't like and live a life very different from the normal one we've all grown up in. I've been curious myself lol, but I'm an atheist and I think it would be unethical for me to insert myself into their way of life on false pretenses or if I'm not willing to fully invest.
