does Any Forums believe in tipping? do you think someone who only works 3 days a week as a server deserves similar earnings to people who work full time? do you tip minorities? why do you tip if you're leaving the restaurant anyways?

nope, i pay about 4k a month in taxes, poor people get enough of my money.

Tipping is an American thing we arent his cucked.

> do you think someone who only works 3 days a week as a server deserves similar earnings to people who work full time?
This is a bullshit point. Servers who work 3 days should obviously should not even earn the same as the server who works full time. Sometimes though, you have shifts of 12 hours a day, so going on days worked instead of hours worked is kinda dumb.
Tipping in itself is weird. The boss should pay a fair wage. But i have to say, when i worked in a restaurant it was pretty nice to get some cash, no questions asked, no taxes.

there's a pecking order. I have server and bartender friends and after years of doing the work they are able to only work the busy shifts while newer people have to work during slow times. many of them do only work the 3 most valuable shifts a week and earn >$70k doing it while also cheating on their taxes

i tip barmaids if they are cute and i tip if the meal was good at a restaurant thats about it

Yeah, I'm a good tipper. I even tip for takeout.

I figure restaurants were hit hard by COVID and I'm glad they're still around when my lazy ass doesn't feel like cooking... which is often lol.

No. Nobody tips me when I do my work. I just get paid. Tips are for anything above and beyond normal work. A gratuity, not something that should be expected or standard.

Tipping is optional. If you don’t like tipping, don’t tip.
>REEEE BUT I WANT EVERYONE ELSE TO STOP TIPPING TOO
Okay, so you want to pay more for a service instead of less?
>YEA
Then tip.

Wow, that was fucking hard.

Why would you give money to servers if the meal was good? They didn't make it.

I believe in voluntary tipping, if you want to flaunt your wealth and get better service as a regular. Mandatory tipping is retarded

ask any server about it and they'll tell you it's mandatory kek

eyo, sinc we anonymus n shit. I dun wanna say who i am.

Fuck tippin yo. its a stupid wyt peepo ting.

I agree also please kill an extra nigger for me

There would be no need to tip if they were paid a normal living wage. Why are capitalists such greedy cheap assholes?

Only for decent service.
Extra for above standard service, nothing for sub par or no service.
You go above and beyond, I'll track down the manager and tell them you are an excellent employee and provided great service to us.

I tip because I have no other use for rag money.

You sound salty.

Servers earn 40-50$\hour here, so dont need to tip them

tipping benefits the business owner by making employees try and perform at their extra best to get "tips" instead of just paying them outright.
It's stupid, it's illogical, and a symptom of American psychopathy.
Millions of Americans deserve to get gassed tomorrow. A failed society. A society based on lies, deception, and greed. With the white collar cult being the worst of it.

Only if they actually deserve it.
