I was originally going to make this post some point in December, likely on the same date that I started using a trip, but after recent events I'm going to make it now.
I have decided to stop browsing and posting in Brit/pol/. This general, over the past couple of years, has transformed into a complete and utter gutter, full of petty and spiteful underage children without any intellect whatsoever or ability to form coherent, salient arguments. The level of knowledge and discourse regarding British politics, law, history, culture, etc. is pitiful, and just goes to show how poor our left-wing education system is in educating children. As a result, the threads are just endless autismal scrawls about Tunnocks Teacakes, anime, normie-posting, and quite possibly worse of all, baseless and uneducated LARPing about figures such as Powell, Mosley, Peter Hitchens, saving Britain, etc. and only goes to show how utterly dense the average poster here is. This general once housed people who genuinely knew what they were talking about and genuinely had interesting things to say, whether the topic was politics, current affairs, history, law, or other relevant topics. But like petulant children and leftists, you drove them out of this general based on personal dislikes, and then celebrated and acted smug once they were gone and the entire general environment had suffered as a result. Now very few decent and intelligent posters continue to post, and those who do remain are still being persecuted by the unwashed masses of Anonymongs and their tripfag collaborators. This general is truly full of the worst posters Any Forums has to offer, and it would be a blessing if the administrators would remove this cancerous polyp from the anus of Any Forums. You rightly point out the cancerous and autistic nature of /ptg/ and the rest of Any Forums outside of Brit/pol/, yet Brit/pol/ at this point is worse off than any other place on Any Forums, and potentially even Any Forums as a whole.

Is it depressing or noisy unthinking nonsense? Begin to cut that out of your life the same way you would smoking. Same goes for what you are watching on the television etc too. All these things are effecting your brain. Which leads on nicely to addiction of pornography and masturbation. You must take control of these urges. The end goal of nofap should be a healthy sexual relationship with the opposite sex. The end goal of Self Improvement should be a large beautiful family, where your children are being raised correctly... far away from the madness of the cities.
