It most likely has to do with humans having hardwired in our genetic code to reporduce at higher rates when certain conditions are met, a type of mating season it just being more vague with us then other animals. Niggers simply living in constant tropical paradise live constantly under conditions optimal for giving birth. Niggers even have the shortest pregnancies averaging like a week or a large part of a week shorter on average than other races.
