that’s always been my thinking. i’ve done a questionable amount of inadvisable drugs, but i never had to. i drink like a fish, but not drinking isn’t hard. either i’m blessed/hardcore/lucky/whatevs or the whole addiction thing is bullshit. i’m thinking it’s the latter.

Lots of substances out there physically grab a hold. Alcohol being one of them. Quitting liquor cold turkey runs a very high risk of heart attack.

I had DT's this go around quitting. Enough was enough. After trying everything, it was DT's and a hospital visit. Have had no serious want to drink since. Only get those "urges" that are getting more and more easier to swat away.

I am without a doubt addicted to weed and chewing tobacco. I farm wheat though, so it isn't like I have a shit ton to do most of the time. I'd prefer to kick both the habits, since they're definitely detrimental, but they aren't ruining my life.
