No. Not at all, quite the opposite. All the people in management positions who won’t shut the fuck up on Facebook or Twitter about niggers hire only white men. Not really. The institutions and media discriminate against us constantly, but uppity blacks are the only ones who will ever actually say anything to us irl. The biggest problem is that we face a soft discrimination from the idea that "we should know better" when we do something wrong, so we get a lot less leniency if we say or do something inappropriate; and we get the book thrown at us where a woman or a black gets a slap on the wrist, or even extra help. In terms of dating, Whites of both sexes are on the top of the racial caste. Women won't be openly racist, but they still default to their own race. Mixed and brown women also like White men - they seem to like blue eyes in particular - and if you speak Spanish, you can get some pretty hot Latinas. Blacks are the only group of women not lusting after White men but that's because they can't really get us. It's like how a lot of men pretend they aren't attracted to super hot women because they know it's dumb to think about something that's not going to happen.
