I liked the campaign. The multiplayer is my least favorite. I do love everything about ODST.

Valve is still decently based IMHO, there's no woke shit in the new Half Life or any of their social media, and Steam hosts based shit like Cuck Simulator and doesn't censor reviews.

This. Also it's the time. Video games are a massive time sink, and unlike 20 or even 10-12 years ago, there's very little that is social about them. The only people that you interact with are the other social maladjusts who, like you, pour way too much time and energy into a game.

That would be fun, but that's not how I look back at Halo. Back when I was a kid, I could never get multiplayer to work and my parents didn't know how. We were also not that wealthy, so I would always play the older games, because I couldn't get the newest console. A lot of people remember Halo for the fun multiplayer, making friends. I remember it for the melancholic nostalgia. The nights I spent feeling lonely, listening to the menu music. In a way it was kind of therapeutic. Anyway, that's the end of my blogpost. I miss those times.

It's not that bad. I was often alone growing up and Halo distracted me from that. I love the games, still play them sometimes. And being alone isn't that bad after a while either.

The Arbiter was always my favorite character for this reason too. I'm not ashamed to say that the Halo games (especially Halo 2) is the only piece of media (maybe with Lord of the Rings and Sopranos) that can make me shed a tear at times. Though that is also mostly because of the music.
