We do.
This is a random screenshot of the tech demo "New Dawn" by Nvidia.
It's the same thing as a beautiful sculpture of the female form, but it has color, moves, and has musical accompaniment.
It doesn't exist in the real world, which is a downside, but it also can't be destroyed, because it's so easy to copy.
Nvidia themselves recently tried to destroy this specific tech demo, but it had already been shared so many times they failed horribly.
Physical sculpturing is still done and is arguably better than it ever has been but computer graphics is definitely the modern way to make art like this.

We have comic books these days, and having to carve each statue to depict "The Adventures of Boob Grabbing Nigger with Wings" is a lot of hard work.

Basically this, you can afford (literally and figuratively) to spend 15 years training and then 2 years making a perfect marble statue if some wealthy patrician is bankrolling you the entire time. If you're a big "muh paintings and statues" western civ guy you should maybe even support dramatic wealth inequality because that's how you get people with enough disposable income to support "art for art's sake"

That looks like Elsa from "Frozen" before she got the role when she was just a dancer hired for eye candy at after hours raves.
