Basically the big picture is that boomers will die a few years earlier than expected, if they want to drastically reduce the population it will have to be by some as yet unknown disease or method. Make lots of money now because you definitely won't when you get here. Assuming Russia doesn't decide to run a train on us you should expect housing and just about every cost to go up while pay stays the same. They still pay third world salaries but raise prices across the board. If you have money invest in housing now. Turn them into rentals or something. I wish I had had enough shekels to do that five/ten years ago because i could clearly see we were about to have a housing boom. It was dirt cheap back then...now it's still a good play but this place will drain you if you don't have a solid source of income (preferably one not based solely in Eesti).
