The first is his mother having surgery on her Fallopian tube when she was 26 weeks pregnant with him idk maybe the anesthesia did something fucky? Second is he apparently had a multitude like 9-10 febrile seizures before the age of one.

You have to look at this world objectively. Though kids can be many things, theres certain type of kids you just know they have no soul in them. When a kid does something, those kind of things you say wtaf, and have that certain type of look in their eyes, plus you feel they are able to fake regret and put a amask of innocence, but you just know man, this thing is a kid only in shape. Age of criminal culpability should be around 5 years old or when the child enters the school system.

By age 5 they have been taught how to walk and talk, read and write, they have had years of socialisation in kindergarten/pre-school and play dates with other children or the children in the street.

They know how to behave, they have already been taught right from wrong, and they know how to interact with other children and take other people's feelings into consideration and act accordingly.

Children go to school to become educated enough to function in society as adults, it's not a place where you learn how to not commit homicide or victimise other people.

Any crime committed by a person over the age of 5 should carry the same sentence that an adult would get including the death penalty for crimes which would normally warrant the death penalty.

Exactly the question it boils down to is how many innocent lives are you potentially willing to sacrifice by hoping this one sick fuck can just grow out of being a suck fuck. Not worth the risk to me.

It’s shocking people are so quick to give kids the benefit of the doubt in this instance because I for one remember things from at least age 3-4 and could never fathom myself even having it in mind to hurt someone else.
