Divide and conquer, divide the population into various separate communities each with different culture, society and perspective. If they are busy fighting each other, they will be easy to rule and enslave.

Because you can pay them like shit, comparatively, and they rely on you for their visa. If pajeet tries to push for better wages/rights, he gets his visa revoked and pushpendra gets brought in instead. It's actually pretty fucked for these guys since they can be here for years and years and then one day, poof, no more job, no more visa, do not pass go and do not take $200. Your whole life uprooted because Google decided that you weren't good enough.

Unironically, if you can hire 10000 Indians for 10 US people, you rather just hire 10000 Indians and have an Indian CEO.
Don't get me wrong, Twitter, Google, Microsoft, and all the other companies are trash, but if 99 % of your workforce are Indians, you will always have an Indian CEO.
In fact if any of those companies would fire an Indian CEO and hire a non Indian CEO, I would literally sell all my stocks. You can't financially scam Indians if your CEO isn't Indian.
The best thing is if an Indian tries to sue one of the big companies, they just say "Do not redeem, sirs. CEO is Indian, so go fuck yourself". Not having an Indian CEO would be braindead retarded.
