As you know all white crime is already labeled “hate-crime incidents”, under this new bill when a HCI is committed it will now be designated (by a civil rights committee) as an act of domestic terrorism. This bill further requires the FBI, DHS, DOJ to tally up the number of terrorism committed by specific groups, with a main focus on white supremacists and nazis ( nazi added by Chuck Schumer) every 6 months. Of course, this group will undoubtedly be white men as everything we do is labeled a hate crime and therefore now by extension an act of terrorism. This will give anti-white players, a documented, exaggerated statistic to trot around with and smear white men as the biggest threat since 9/11. Further, the DHS, DOJ, FBI will be required to focus the majority of their budget and attention into combatting whatever group does the most terrorisms after the 6th month period (you). So this bill also focuses nearly every federal agency’s sights on (you). Of course, Hispanic crime will also be compiled under white crime to further exacerbated this fabricated statistic.
This is the first step toward waging a physical, public war on white men trying to defend themselves from their extinction.

The Bill fails to label a single other group apart from white supremacists/nazis, which is why it’s clear that group is it’s entire focus. Saw a video that mentioned offhand the fall of the Qin Dynasty in China. The emperor had made being late for a meeting punishable by death. Well, one day, one of his generals was late to a meeting so instead of showing up late and apologizing and getting on with business, he led a rebellion that threw down the emperor.

the fact that it focuses on neo-nazis/white supremacists in law enforcement and the military is interesting. it could be interpreted as meaning that the federal government feels that there are elements which are disloyal. why are they trying to weed out the disloyal elements? what are they planning?
it's also interesting because it appears to build on the fusion center model, creating/strengthening the unified federal network across state lines and between agencies. the anti-hate crime part is significant but in my opinion it's not the main part of this legislation. rather, it's the fact that Schumer et all are beefing up the centralized top-down domestic intelligence and threat recognition apparatus, not just on the population but on the government itself as well.
the only reason they would do this is if they had reason to anticipate dissent and unrest in the near future. and what might cause dissent and unrest? maybe the rollout of a totalitarian state in response to some kind of unplanned disaster, war or terrorist attack?
and of course the fact that it was introduced by Schumer is significant. the guy who said "the intelligence agencies have 7 ways from sunday of getting back at you"
