My idea would be to show them all the studies and infographics from a young age, also don't exaggerate or teach them any falsehoods as they might experience cognitive dissonance once they find out you lied and will put everything else into doubt.
Make sure she knows why you do the things you do so she can see the patterns for herself.
Give them agency as a person, teach them how to take care of themselves, teach them about nature. Don't shame them as "feminine" when they show great interest in a peculiar interest, so long as it's productive and technical. When you provide discipline, remove anger from it. Every scolding and bit of discipline must be measured, calm and done out of love. Never lose control of your emotions. Always remember that you're the one who is supposed to behave as an adult.

The reason why millenials/gen x rebelled against boomers was because they enforced rules without also showing love. If you show compassion to your children, then they will grow to trust you subconsciously. Even if they act like brats at the time they will come around if you were a good parent to them. So when you set the law down they will understand it's for a good cause. Boomers failed by upholding laws onto their children for self image, and then neglecting their children for work or vacations. I have spent many hours on this problem, I have 3 kids. 2 girls and a boy. And I can tell you from watching another family pull it offISH that you only have so much influence. Basically it comes down to whether or not your kids respect you and feel actual shame from letting you down. If you control them, overtly, they will never feel shame because letting you down is really them breaking control. So instead your only mechanism of control is to hand over the responsibility of life to them and to not show them respect over letting you down. e.g. You can't force your daughter not to sleep with black men but you can be disgusted in her behavior and have no respect for her in return, hopefully causing her shame. Truth of the matter is, your daughters need to understand they have ONE shot at finding the right guy and pair bonding with him. That means YOU AND YOUR WIFE need to be on the same page and raising her to that ideal. Your son, he needs to understand the red pills in life. He needs to be focused on himself and not living for whatever woman will lead him off his path and into ruin. They need to understand all these things BUT STILL MAKE THE CHOICE THEMSELVES. You have to have an external locus of control as a man. That means you need to be willing to let you kids fuck up and let you down and not be emotionally impacted by it. That arrangement takes a bit of wizardry to get moving and to keep in play, but it's the only way that works. Again, you're not here to spook them and control them, yell at them and threaten them. You're here to just let them know the natural consequences of their actions. e.g. If you get arrested we're not helping you out and you'll be a fuckup, your choice to make. If you get pregnant in highschool we're not watching your kid and kicking you out when you're 18. You can date niggers but no one is going to want to date you after that, not seriously at least. It's all about choices. Everyone learned after DARE.
