You can't work on a skill when the person you are dealing with has a alien mindset you can't use logic to figure out and they won't tell you what the problem is. I worked somewhere where these two woman thought I was rubbing it in their face I made more money than them because I bought coffee from this gimmick cafe. Even though I had never bragged about it and I only did it because it was on the way to work for me. Bear in mind, it's not like this is some 5 star gourmet place. It was like a 1.25 more than their Starbucks. This got brought up to me when we had this "anonymous feedback" survey thing.
Women are completely irrational sometimes like all people are, even men sometimes. Thing is nobody corrects them.
