Without NATO, Erdogan have no reasons left to fight Assad, he's only there because of the kurd terrorists. Turkey will sign some treaty with Syria and both Turkey and Syrian army will destroy the kurds together.
Turkey will open the Bosphorus to Russian warships, so probably Russia will launch their Odessa offensive and Ukraine will become landlocked.
And finally and the most obvious implication Turkey will become even more friendly with Russia and even Iran. Turkey connect Russia with Iran so it will be no surprise if Iran 'magicaly' get upgrades and speed up its Nuclear program.
