I was looking at some of the anti-weed propaganda from the early 00s the other day and while they lay it on a bit thick and draw some dumb conclusions, a lot of what they say about the dangers is absolutely true.
Of course, they also didn't have any suggestions other than zero-tolerance policies and total abstinence.
Just like with safe-sex educations, they could have done a lot of good by telling kids (and adults) the precautions to take if they do try it.
