Depends were you live, in an "at will" employment state you can just say you don't like them personally and they aren't a good fit. ironically, California is one of these states. You just have to refrain from calling out or mocking their faggotry while they still work for you, so they don't have a case.

If you make someone's working conditions as bad as you can legally make them, they won't get shit done. I think it's called "managing out" someone.
When you target nice people, as trans people are on average, they'll even self-blame, making getting rid of them in this manner safer and more effective. You may get to murder someone by making them commit suicide over extreme self-blame for not being able to handle even basic tasks.
If they don't self-blame, you get to slander their protests as "bitter" and "combative," words that (not coincidentally) are also used on assertive women. It's an old form of discrimination that still exists. Giving someone a reputation as bitterly combative makes their complaints seem less credible going forward. Nobody likes a complainer, so push at them with deniable insults until people agree with you that your target shouldn't be complaining. Custom-tailored references are best, so get stalking! You want as much background on your target as possible, and the internet is a massive asset.
Nobody will take action against you for using this stuff. Everyone knows trans rights are fully protected, so their sympathies are with the long-suffering people who are tolerating the ugly, charmless trans people.
