He's not entirely wrong, but whites should not be culpable for the shortcomings of blacks.
"Privilege" is just a grievance frame for the facts on the ground. Blacks have it worse than whites. That's the fact. There are a lot of reasons for this. But honestly delving into those reasons would undermine liberal narratives, so it's left untouched, or only discussed in oblique, pseudo-academic language.
It would be more accurate and constructive to frame the issue as "black handicaps". These handicaps are mostly self-imposed. Blacks suffer because they lack impulse control, they have below average IQ's, they don't invest in any way, they live unhealthy lifestyles, and they are quick to engage in petty crimes and violence. And they live in a larger society that discourages or punishes these behaviors. What they call "white privilege" is simply the inversion of their lived experiences. By not being such anti-social degenerates, whites generally have a better time of it. If blacks just adjusted their behavior, they'd have a better time too.
However, for the Jews and blacks looking to dispossess whites of their dignity, institutions, spaces, and rights, uplifting blacks isn't the goal. The goal is to drag whites down. So the issue is framed such that the implied solution of "white privilege" is for whites to stop having it so good. Specifically, they should give up their cohesive families, nice jobs, safe neighborhoods, "good schools", healthy food, and academic success in order to make things more equitable. If that's too much to ask, then the least they could do is hand over cash remittances.

"Privilege" has only ever meant one thing - the privileges that come with being fantastically wealthier than the average person. Literally translated, it means "private law" - the wealthy are literally not subject to the same expectations that we plebians are. They can even, on occasion, get away with literal murder.
It isn't racist when you discriminate against whites and yellows.
