I was an Obama supporter when first got to Israel on a birthright trip. Every Israeli I talked to was based beyond 99% of our population. When I returned home after working there for 2 months on a kibibutz, I realized everything they were fighting for embodied the best of American values. Hard work, protecting your own, family values, having a good time, education, etc. that's more than I can say for most of the assholes I see day to day back home. The village I worked at was on the Egyptian boarder and had been bombarded with chimp out grenade attacks annually.
The US wouldn't have supplied the ~225B in total aid if it weren't in our interest.
Israelis aren't globalist Jews. They're mostly incredibly hard-working people living life for the moment before they're recruited into the IDF or bombed by Emad.
