Keeps housing expensive. People don't stay home and save 90% of their income so they end up taking a mortgage in order to get a home. Probably the plan or something but my dad just let me work and play video games until I found a wife to buy a house with.

My older sister was charged rent to live at home with my parents after she graduated high school. She didn't move out until 23. I never had that problem because left promptly at 18.
