The Russian Defense Ministry uploaded a video clip showing the teams of Malka heavy artillery guns destroying Ukrainian army positions in a forest. The video shows Malka artillery teams delivering fire on the Ukrainian troop positions.
"During the special military operation, the teams of Malka self-propelled artillery systems delivered pinpoint strikes on designated targets at long ranges. The fire by Malka self-propelled artillery guns wiped out the positions of the Ukrainian troops entrenched in a forest," the ministry said in a comment. The Malka teams conducted fire by high explosive fragmentation shells from sheltered firing positions at a range of up to 40 km, it specified. "Orlan-10 unmanned aerial vehicles are reconnoitering targets and providing guidance for the artillery guns day and night," the ministry said.
The Malka self-propelled artillery gun is designed to strike vital enemy targets and facilities in a tactical defense depth beyond the frontlines. The heavy cannon boasts a rate of fire of 2.5 rounds per minute and can wipe out targets at a range of about 50 km. MOSCOW, May 29.2022 /TASS/ tass.com/russia/1457405

when the USA went into Iraq, the Coalition of the Willing had a combined annual budget of 700bln - Iraq had a budget of 2bln USD for defense. Thats 350 to 1 in favour of the US of A. It took the Americans one month to conclude most major combat operations - and 20 years of occupation following that.
Now, the relationship between Russian and Ukraine is not in favour of Russia by a factor of 350 to 1. Its only favouring Russia by a factor of 10 to 1.
Applying some simple maths here, you can deduce that the Americans had 35 times as big an advantage over the Iraqis, as Russia had over the Ukies.
But wait! The Ukies get lend-leased a shitload of miltech and literally tens of billions by the western NATO Nations?
Do the math man.
If this war is concluded inside of a year. Its a roaring success. If it were concluded inside of two years, it would be a great success.
And thats before accounting for the lend lease impact.

I figure that it's cloud cover keeping US satellites from assisting the Ukrainians. As soon as it clears up, buncha dead Russians.
I'm pretty sure this was just a US military budget increase (MIC lobbying)

>ima blow your mind ima blow your mind what Russia dealing in Ukraine cannot be compared to Iraq at all from thousands of Stingers and modern anti-tank weapons, to US intel, to 7 year prepartion for this war (Donbass is Kiev's fortress), to getting US/NATO intel and weapon shipments from all of NATO, to Ukraine inheriting vast non-export variants of all kinds of long, medium and short range air defense systems but most importantly, on day one Ukraine moving forces inside cities like Kharkov and Mariupol without evacuating them or letting them flee (because they need them as live shields), where people are Russian-speaking, which Russia wants to "liberate" and then have these cities and people in same economic zone not to mention Ukraine's leadership protected by the west, giving them and their relatives passports, so that they could fight until the last Ukrainian
do you really think this can be compared to Iraq where most of the cities were evacuated and US could simply level them or and buy out generals? this is nothing like Iraq for the US but two things are for sure: 1. Russia is going to win 2. Ukraine is just the beginning

>to Ukraine inheriting vast non-export variants of all kinds of long, medium and short range air defense systems inheriting from USSR, some of which were maintained by Russia until around mid 2000s oh and of course all kinds of vehicles, from thousands of tanks, to BTRs and ammo enough for multiple wars, as well as a third of USSR's military industrial complex

If this goes on long enough maybe they can establish a right vs. left suicide game that accepts a number of applications every day. Then all the Bane can sign up to get blown up by rockets in a focused quantity of dedicated locations for several years. The continuity would make political news more cozy.
