His choice of words is poor. A better idea would be it's part of the social contract that to have a functioning society, their needs to be a family unit, and a man needs to be a part of that. The people in charge have piled on too many layers of deluded, useless, brainwashed psycopanths. We're living in Weimar-degeneracy times, and people don't even seem to know it.
