I don't think the bottom one has the modifications or receiver length to be the outdated marine rifle system based on that civilian gun. I doubt any of the others have been issued either. They're all good if you want one that hasn't been used in war.

The rifle is a Ruger 10/22 and it is an EXTREMELY common gun.
The pistol is a Cobra Arms Model CA 32. Biggest piece of crap in the world, but any gun is better than no gun.
